We seek a highly experienced lateral attorney  for our nationally ranked commercial real estate practice to handle complex transactional and financing work representing lenders and borrowers, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and business owners across all phases and types of real estate deals. This is a fast-paced position for a creative counselor with strong experience in all areas of commercial real estate transactions, including real estate and corporate financing (borrowers and lenders), purchase and sale matters, leasing (office, retail, industrial, and ground), due diligence, and development work. Having a book of business is a plus.
