Partner - Litigation

A partner in the firm’s litigation department, Varney is considered one of the top antitrust lawyers in the country and currently serves as Chair of the firm’s antitrust practice. Varney is the only person to have served as both a Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust.
