Robert Jacobs
Partner - Insurance Recovery

A Washington, D.C.-based partner in the firm’s Insurance Recovery group, Jacobs regularly advises policyholders in a wide range of insurance recovery disputes arising from product liabilities, toxic torts, first-party property loss, business interruption, advertising liability, professional liability, kidnap and ransom losses, and various directors and officers-related liabilities. He was recently elected to serve as a fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel, an invitation-only organization dedicated to improving the quality of the practice of insurance law and to increasing civility and professionalism in the field.
