Ron Okada
Partner-in-Charge

Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Chicago Office, Okada is the Chair Emeritus of the firm’s Diversity Committee. In his previous role as BakerHostetler’s Professional Development Partner, he was responsible for directing and coordinating the firm’s efforts in diversity, recruiting, associate training and retention, admission and integration of lateral partners, and pro bono activities.

Lauren Resnick
Partner

BakerHostetler’s firmwide Chief Practice Chair Partner, Resnick is a member of the White Collar and Corporate Investigations team. She brings impressive expertise to internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, and regulatory compliance matters, having previously served as a U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York and its Computer Crimes and Intellectual Property Section chief.

A recent addition to BakerHostetler, Stern joined the firm as a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in Los Angeles. Stern joins the firm with extensive experience in complex, high-stakes matters, including first chair trial experience in state and federal courts.
