Looking To Beat The Market? Pay Attention To This Litigation Firm
Proof that breaking the mold can make the bank.
When it comes to clients and matters represented, boutique firms get to break the mold. They get to do the same when it comes to bonuses — Hueston Hennigan is a prime example.
According to our sources, they’ve recently begun individual meetings with associates to bring the good news of more money. All bonus-eligible associated received an above-market bonus, many of them being at least $10k above the market bonus for their class year. The firm gave junior associates close to or more than double the market bonus for their class.
And all of this is in addition to the significant bonuses from back in April.
As the firm hands out individualized bonuses, we can’t definitively state how big these are, but tipsters report that everyone is “ecstatic, especially with global fears about an upcoming recession and the layoffs in the legal industry.”
We like hearing about salary increases almost as much as you enjoy spending them. As soon as your firm’s memo comes out, please email it to us (subject line: “[Firm Name] Matches”) or text us (646-820-8477). Please include the memo if available. You can take a photo of the memo and send it via text or email if you don’t want to forward the original PDF or Word file.
And if you’d like to sign up for ATL’s Salary & Bonus Alerts, please scroll down and enter your email address in the box below this post. If you previously signed up for the bonus alerts, you don’t need to do anything. You’ll receive an email notification within minutes of each bonus announcement that we publish.
