Big bonuses are sure to put a smile on associates' faces.
It sure feels like 2022 wasn’t a big winner for most people. Perhaps the not-so-great year can be salvaged by a nice bonus check from your Biglaw firm.
Winston & Strawn, a firm with $1,153,207,000 in gross revenue in 2021, making it 43rd on the Am Law 100, announced its year-end bonuses for associates. Of course, they matched the prevailing market rate — set by Baker McKenzie last month. But the firm is also offering a little something special for those who billed more.
