DocStyle

Returning to the events circuit for the first time since the pandemic began, DocStyle will be exhibiting this year at the 2022 ALA Annual Conference & Expo alongside Worldox. Meet with us May 15th – 18th at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Florida as we share our vision for the future.

On Friday, April 1st we’re releasing a major update to DocStyle, that will significantly expand on the functionality of both our Defined Terms and Cross-Referencing feature-sets.

At first, checking for definitions within a document was all about presenting information to the users. What we’ve learned is that having the flexibility to navigate definitions while preserving your working location inside the document is critical. Applying the same knowledge, we redesigned and enhanced Cross-Referencing as well, for a better interaction with the document.

With the ability to style paragraphs automatically at its core, DocStyle delivers a complete Cross-Referencing and Defined Terms experience, all in one solution.

Expanding on our commitment to support the drafting and review process, NOVO Compare and PuR MetaData from Evolution Software can be purchased directly from DocStyle. We’re proud to offer document comparison and metadata removal tools, expanding our document review capabilities.

Moxo

Moxtra, the industry’s leading client interaction solution provider,  announced a new brand identity and name earlier this month – Moxo.  The rebrand reflects the evolution of the company’s offerings from a  collaboration solution to a OneStop Interaction Flow solution that  supports the entire interaction lifecycle of high-value client  management.

While retaining the mobile-first approach the company was founded on,  the Moxo solution now encapsulates powerful collaboration within the  higher order framework of structured client interaction workflows. This  enables snap-in business process integration, blending structured and  unstructured business interactions supporting the entire lifecycle of  client management — from onboarding, servicing to exception  handling.

For more insights on the rebrand, visit the Moxo Newsroom.

Alongside the rebrand, Moxo released its 2022 Digital Resilience  Report. The 2022 report’s findings reveal the digital-first nature of  today’s world — especially for high-touch, client-facing businesses such  as law firms. To better understand how businesses are addressing  these challenges and what opportunities for improvement are available,  Moxo surveyed 1,500 clients and 1,500 internal- and external-facing  employees across three high-touch industries, including legal.
