Mid- to Senior Level Corporate Associate Attorney

The DC office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking a 3-6 year finance associate to join their Project Development & Finance group. Candidates will preferably have project development experience, to go along with sophisticated finance experience. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
