Corporate Finance Partner

An AmLaw 200 firm's Washington DC office has engaged Kinney Recruiting on a search for a corporate finance partner.  We are interested in speaking with a junior partner, counsel, or senior associate with at least eight (8) years of experience representing borrowers in complex debt transactions, including acquisition financings, mezzanine loans, and leveraged finance transactions.  This is an excellent growth opportunity for a candidate to work in a fast-paced and profitable practice at a collegial and sophisticated law firm.  A JD from a highly-ranked national law school is required.  Admission to the DC bar is required, and admission to the Maryland and/or Virginia bars is preferred.
