A top US firm is looking for a junior M&A lawyer for its Tokyo office (1-3 PQE). You need to obtain US Bar, US JD/LLM from top law school with good academics and have native level of Japanese. The firm is open to retooling Capital Markets lawyers with top firm experience if they tick the boxes. The firm is a Vault 15 firm and strong in Private Equity work.
