1-5 PQE Banking/Leverage Finance Lawyer (Japanese and English)

A strong US PE law firm is actively hiring a junior to mid-level banking finance lawyer for its team in Tokyo.  The ideal candidate needs to be bilingual fluent in Japanese and English - who can read and revise documentations in Japanese and English, and have obtained at least one year of experience at associate level from a reputable banking finance practice team on general banking loan/leverage finance.  Bar qualification-wise, a UK qualification is preferred, but the hiring partner will also look at a US qualified lawyer (with either US JD/US LLM) or AU/SG/HK qualified lawyer with the right experience.  Interested parties, please email your resume to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
