Its US Capital Markets team is actively looking to add one junior associate (1-3 US PQE) and one mid-level associate (3-6 US PQE) for its team. The ideal candidate should have either US LLM or US JD degree plus a solid experience obtained from an international law firm on US Securities (144A/Regulation S/SEC compliance).  Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
