Description
A White-Shoe US law firm is actively hiring a 4-5 PQE M&A lawyer in its Singapore office. The ideal candidate needed solid experience with top-tier international firms in leading in private M&A transactions. You will also be working on PE investment deals (majority and minority investment). The role is open to either US-qualified or UK/AU/HK/SG-qualified lawyers. US rate is on offer as standard.
