Energy Sector M&A Senior Associate (5+PQE)

A top UK firm is actively hiring a senior M&A Associate in Singapore for its energy practice group.  You will have exposure to acquisitions and depositions of energy assets in the Asia Pacific.  You will work with strategic investors as well as financial investors around the world for such transactions.  Sectors covered include power, renewables, LNG, oil and gas, and utilities (water and waste).  You will need to play a senior role on deals where you manage juniors and clients and lead in the deal negotiations.  You should have solid experience in M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and regulations in the energy sectors.  Project development experience is desirable, but is not a must-have. Candidates need to have excellent English skills.  Candidates with legal qualifications in Singapore, England and Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, US and Canada are welcome to apply. Interested parties, please email your details to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
