Description
Top 15 US firm is actively hiring a 2-6 PQE US qualified securities lawyer for its Singapore office. The ideal candidate should have a US JD degree from a T30 Law School and have solid experience in DCM (High Yield deals/Investment Grade) and IPO matters obtained from an international firm. Fluency in English is needed; an additional Asian language is welcome but is not must. Cravath Rate is on offer.
