Senior Fund Formation Associate Attorney

Our client, a top-tier West Coast firm, is actively hiring a senior funds associate with 5+ PQE for its team in Singapore.  Candidates need to be US-qualified with experience practicing with a US law firm in either US PE fund formation or hands-on VC formation.  Experience practicing in Asia/SE Asia in addition to US-based experience is ideal.  The right person will be able to think on their feet and carry an entrepreneurial personality.  Any additional Asian language experience is strongly preferred, but not a must-have.  A JD from a high-ranking US law school and admission to the bar (any state) is required. Interested parties, please email your resume to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com to be considered.
