Private Equity / M&A Associate Attorney

Kinney Recruiting is working closely with a longtime client in Singapore on a search for a mid-level private equity and M&A associate with four (4) to six (6) years of experience practicing at a large firm in the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, or London.  This client, a prestigious US law firm, is known for representing emerging companies in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and general corporate matters.  Many US associates from the more traditional white shoe law firms have made lateral moves to this firm for the opportunity to work with technology startups.  The hiring partner in the Singapore office is interested in speaking with private equity and M&A experience at a top tier firm who is interested in gaining venture experience.  Candidates should have a J.D. from a U.S. law school or LL.B. from a UK law school.  Admission to the bar in a US jurisdiction, England & Wales, Hong Kong, OR Singapore is required.  This is an immediate hiring need.  For confidential consideration, submit your resume to jobs@kinneyrecruiting.com or asia@kinneyrecruiting.com.
