Real Estate Lawyer (3-5PQE, English-speaking)

A top-ranked UK firm is hiring an English-speaking middle-level Real Estate lawyer to join its Hospitality Group in Singapore (3-5 PQE). The firm has a market-leading hospitality practice in the Asia Pacific region. The team works with global investors and hotel operators on their acquisitions and disposals of hospitality assets.  You would lead due diligence, lead the hotel M&A transactions, structure JVs, structure funds, and advise on the hotel-related commercial contracts including management agreements, leasing agreements, franchise agreements, and other matters. You will also provide support to group partners for business development activities (PPTs, speeches, seminars, publications), and you will liaise and manage local counsels in various jurisdictions in APAC. The winning candidate should be fluent in English and should be a qualified lawyer in either Singapore, United States, England and Wales, Australia, Hong Kong or in Canada.  The right candidate should have excellent academics and have a minimum of 3 years of post qualification experience with a reputable law firm on real estate or M&A practice.
