3-6 PQE Wealth Planning/US Tax lawyer (English-speaking)

A UK firm with Tier 1 practice in US tax, global tax, trust and estate planning is hiring a 4-6 PQE US tax lawyer for its team in the Singapore office. The winning candidate  1) should be a US qualified lawyer; 2) should be fluent in English (an additional Asian language is desired but not required); 3) should have obtained 3-6 years of US PQE with a reputable US law firm/Big Four Accounting firm focusing on US tax practice with familiarity with wealth planning-related US tax advisories (trust, estate planning); 4) a US tax related law degree is highly preferredYou will advise SEA based high net worth individuals and family office clients on US and international tax, trust and estate planning issues as well as on US expatriation and immigration issues and IRS Voluntary Disclosure Programs.   You will also advise on structuring investments into businesses and real estate as well as into funds.  You will work with trust companies and foundations, holding companies and family offices and advise on FATCA and CRS reporting issues. A competitive salary is on offer for the right candidate. Please contact us immediately at asia@kinneyrecruiting.com or call us on +852.3973.3845 for more details
