Middle to Senior Level US qualified China inbound M&A lawyer

A mid-sized US firm is hiring a middle to senior level US qualified Mandarin native speaking M&A lawyer in Shanghai (5-10 US PQE). The ideal profile should have obtained a PRC LLB from a top university and another US LLM/JD degree. This person will take the lead on the inbound M&A deals (so practising China law with drafting experience in English and in Chinese is essential) and this person will also have growing exposures to US law on China outbound M&A deals and US litigation cases (so the good communication skills, English/Chinese email drafting, as well as good spoken English, is needed). You will work with a smaller and nice team and can enjoy a comparable better work-life balance. Some prior private practice experience in the US market is highly welcomed.
