White Collar Litigation & Investigations / FCPA Associate

Kinney Recruiting has been asked by a Vault 20-ranked US law firm to conduct a search for a senior White Collar / FCPA Associate for the firm's Beijing or Shanghai offices.  The ideal candidate should have five (5) or more years of experience practicing with a leading large US law firm in its white-collar litigation, investigations, and/or FCPA practices.  Specifically, we are interested in speaking with candidates with experience representing multinational companies under investigation by the US Department of Justice or the US Securities Exchange Commission.  Fluency in English is vital; Mandarin Chinese fluency is helpful, but not required.  You will be working on a team with native Mandarin-speaking junior and mid-level lawyers who will assist with interviews and depositions.  The firm will relocate a strong candidate from the United States who is interested in a long term commitment to living in China.  A JD from a US law school, high academic achievement, and big law experience are required.  Our client will pay a strong candidate "Cravath-rate" salary.  Interested parties, please email your resume to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
