Mid-level US Immigration Lawyer for Shanghai

Our client is a top-rated US immigration practice team with a wide reach and a large client base of China-based entities and individuals, some of whom are always seeking visas to live and work in the United States.  We are seeking a Chinese native speaking immigration attorney able to roll up his or her sleeves and get to work with these matters. The firm has outstanding support internally, and a well-developed process, but the workload is currently very heavy so candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience in immigration law, in particular with EB-5 program visas (the investor-visa program, more on projects side).
