Strong DC-headquartered US firm looking for FCPA lawyer for Shanghai office (legal consultant to mid-level). New Cravath rate is on offer.Mandarin language skills and US qualifications are a must.  Firm clients are multinational life science companies. For junior-level hire, ideal candidate should be able to lead documentation review.
