M&A Counsel (4-6 PQE), Shanghai, Pharma Sector, Mandarin

A market-leading Hong Kong-listed, private-owned healthcare company with business in bioscience and gene tech R&D and medical instruments R&D is actively looking to hire a mid-level Mandarin native speaking M&A lawyer in Shanghai.  The ideal candidate should 1) have worked at reputable PRC or international law firms 2) with prior experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, and 3) have overseas education background (LLM, or work experience).  In-house candidates with familiarity in the healthcare sector are desired.  The actual work on offer will be a mix of M&A transactions and inbound and outbound healthcare regulatory advisories.   Interested parties, please email to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
