3-5th year M&A Associate (Mandarin-speaking, on Cravath Rate)

A Vault 30 US law firm known for its deal quality, firm culture and staff's satisfaction is hiring one 3-5th year Corporate Associate for its team in Shanghai.  The ideal candidate should be 1) native in Mandarin, 2) come from a peer international law firm and 3) is currently a mid-level/lead associate on M&A transactions.  The additional experience in Capital Markets (US securities) is a bonus but not required.  You will sit in a small team in Shanghai and take a lead role in representing cross-border PE investment and corporate transactions. Global/US rate is on offer.  Please contact us immediately at asia@kinneyrecruiting.com or call us on +852.3973.3845 for more details.
