Mid-level PE VC lawyer (Mandarin)

A Vault 15 US law firm is looking to add one more mid-level associate in Shanghai.  The hiring partner has strong PE VC practice between China/US.  The ideal candidate needs to be a native Mandarin speaker, a US-qualified lawyer, have strong academics, and have a minimum of two years of experience in PE practice (M&A) obtained from a leading international or domestic law firm.  The sourcing manager noted the ideal candidate should have 4-6 PQE, carries a mature personality at work, and has solid technicals.  The exposures to the investments in TMT/life science targets will be desired.    Interested parties, please email your resume/drop us a note at asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
