Corporate Counsel

A global renewable energy company has retained Kinney Recruiting on a search for a Corporate Counsel with four (4) to seven (7) years of experience.  While this company's US offices are in San Francisco, the legal and business teams are happy to hire someone on a permanent 100% remote basis.  The corporate counsel will be involved in complex business transactions, including complex sales agreements, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, labor contracts, and other commercial agreements.  Because this is a global company, the corporate counsel will also be asked to work on international trade matters, such as export/import controls, customs, and tariffs.  Experience in the construction, solar, and/or energy storage industry is a plus, but not required.
