Leveraged Finance Associate for PE/M&A Group (multiple years)

Kinney Recruiting is working exclusively with the partners of a Vault 20 ranked law firm to build out their Private Equity group in San Francisco. The partners are very well known in the PE space and have an excellent reputation of building a collaborative environment while providing excellent mentoring. This is a very unique opportunity for associate with 2-5 years of Debt Finance or Leveraged Finance Experience. The candidate MUST come from a peer Vault ranked law firm and excellent academic credentials. CA bar is preferred but not necessary. This position will accept candidates from outside of California as long as there is an interest in relocating to California in the near future as the associate will be working remotely at the beginning.
