Fiduciary Litigation Opportunity (San Antonio)

Our client is a prominent, full-service boutique law firm comprised of numerous partners who joined from some of the biggest and best major firms in the Texas market. Our client offers the rare opportunity for an experienced litigator (3+ years) with extensive experience in Texas state court to join a thriving trusts & estates / fiduciary litigation practice in a part-time, contract attorney capacity. The winning candidate will be based in San Antonio, earn a very high hourly rate, have a baseline of sophisticated work, and practice alongside come of the most lauded and collegial partners in the Texas market. This position is ideal for a major firm-trained litigator who enjoys the flexibility of contract work and perhaps took a step away from practice or transitioned to a smaller firm setting, but still enjoys the demands of sophisticated trial work. Requirements for this position are: excellent academics; Texas Bar; major firm or top boutique litigation experience in Texas (at least three years); excellent research and writings skills; the ability to work remotely and also meet in-person, as required, and the availability to commit to this practice as partner and client needs require.
