EC/VC Associate – Am 50 Firm

Kinney Recruiting is assisting a repeat client with a prominent emerging companies practice on it's search for EC/VC associates for it's Salt Lake City office. This is an opportunity to lead transactions and interact direclty with CEOs and boards of directors at startups and early-stage companies. Experience valued is broad corporate experience including vc financings, m&a and public offerings experience would be a plus but not required. Live and work in Salt Lake City and make Cravath scale base and bonus! Excellent firm culture and advancement opportunities.
