Transactional Associate

Kinney Recruiting is partnering with a regarded St. Louis family office on it's search for a transactional associate. This is an interesting opportunity to represent individuals and private family trust companies in a wide range of business and personal transactions. This family office manages and acts as advisors to a significant amount of private family trusts with considerable assets and working capital involved. This position will be responsible for advising on, negotiating and documenting a wide range of transactions in the business and real estate areas primarily with additional focus on contracting and individual transactions for trust beneficiaries. Applicants should have 4-7 years of experience within the corporate or real estate group of a law firm or have previously held a transactional position within a private family trust company or bank advisory role similar to the position described here.
