Corporate Associate

A sophisticated Philiadelphia law firm is seeking junior to mid-level corporate associates with at least 2 years of general M&A experience. The firm attracts former big law associates who want to move back to Philly or a better work/life balance. For a billable hours requirement that ranges from 1600-1700 hours, associates will continue to work on large corporate transactions rivaling that of work they did in their former law firm but without burning the midnight oil.
