Kinney Recruiting is working directly with a sophisticated boutique law firm that was formed by big law litigators to find lateral associates with one to four years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a excellent academic credentials from a T-14 law school (must have graduated at the top 10%) and substantive Am law litigation experience or from a comparable top tier litigation law firm in NYC. This firm pays on the Cravath scale with above market bonuses.
