Corporate Securities Associate

Kinney Recruiting has been asked by the hiring partner of a Chambers-Ranked law firm in New York, NY, to conduct a search for a mid-level corporate securities associate.  The ideal candidate should have experience advising companies in equity capital markets transactions, financing, private placements, and initial public offerings.  Experience handling ongoing SEC reporting requirements on behalf of public companies is required.  As a corporate associate at this firm, you will have opportunity to manage transactions, have client interaction, and participate in business development.  Senior associates have a real path to partnership and several corporate associates were made partners of the firm in the past few years.  New York bar admission is required.  To learn more, submit your resume to jobs@kinneyrecruiting.com.
