Commercial Litigation Partner

Kinney Recruiting has been asked by the Managing Partner of a AmLaw 200 law firm to search for a Commercial Litigation partner for the firm's New York office.  The ideal candidate should have experience litigating in New York and federal courts on general commercial litigation matters, including securities litigation, professional liability, breach of contract actions, real estate matters, and representing companies in internal investigations.  Candidates should have at least $750,000 in portable business.  This firm has a transparent compensation structure that is in line with the market, generous benefits, relatively low buy-in, and marketing support for business development.  While the firm is not the biggest in the market, it is not trying to be.  If you feed stymied at your current firm due to too-high billable rates and pressure to develop business while working huge hours, this may be the place for you.  For confidential consideration, send your resume or inquires to jobs@kinneyrecruiting.com.
