Mid to Senior Level Health Care Associate Attorney

A leading large law firm is seeking a Healthcare Law Associate with at least four (4) years of experience to join the New York, NY, office. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare regulatory and compliance matters involving HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, Stark, and Anti-Kickback regulations. Experience working on healthcare transactions is required. High academic achievement and JD from a US law school is required, as is admission (or eligibility for admission) to the New York bar.
