Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Transactions Associate Attorney

Kinney Recruiting is working with our long standing client, a healthcare law firm on Long Island, to find a real estate or corporate associate with experience in asset purchase agreements, operating agreements, mergers, joint ventures, etc. The ideal candidate will live in Queens, NY or on Long Island as you will need a car to get to the law firm. 3 to 5 years of experience is ideal. The firm boasts excellent work/life balance with a suggested monthly billable of 150 hours but many associates bill less. The firm's partners are down to earth, friendly and compassionate. They provide excellent benefits and cover 90% of health insurance and dental costs for their employees.
