Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (Portuguese)

Our client is the Miami office of an Am Law 50 law firm with an immediate need for a midlevel (3-6 years) commercial litigation associate to join the firm's Global Commercial Disputes Practice Group. Ideal candidate will possess federal court experience and will have experience handling matters related to cross-border judgements, contract disputes, insolvency proceedings, as well as foreign and domestic-related investments. Portuguese language fluency is a requirement for this position. License to practice in Florida is mandatory, and license to practice Brazilian law is a plus but not required.
