Mid-level Healthcare Litigator

A top rated Am law firm is looking for mid-level associates to help grow their healthcare litigation and regulatory group. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of complex litigation experience representing a wide range of health care clients, including health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, diagnostic imaging companies, home health agencies, and medical and physician practices. Further, the group regularly conducts regulatory investigations and enforcement actions by federal and state agencies.This is a fantastic position for an associate who has hit the ceiling in career growth and wants to focus their time on healthcare matters.
