Mid-Level Corporate Associate

Our client, an Am law 200 firm, is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join its Madison or Milwaukee offices. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of general corporate experience ranging from mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, restructurings, and asset purchases.
