Complex Commercial Litigation/White Collar Defense Associate

Kinney Recruiting is assisting a close client, an AmLaw 50 firm, with an unpublished search for mid-level litigation associates. The firm is well known for managing associate hours and being more focused on quality results for clients than billable hour churn. Associates should expect exposure to many aspects of both complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense and investigations. The ability and desire to handle substantive work is required as mid-levels at this firm routinely handled matters that most other large firms only allow partners to handle. The firm recently adopted the new Cravath scale so successful candidates will be paid at the top of the market. The position is open in a number of locations including Chicago, D.C., Charlotte, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City.
