Senior Employment Associate Attorney

A busy plaintiff's labor and employment boutique law firm in downtown LA has an immediate need for a senior level attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join its growing firm. The winning candidate will have experience handling wage and hour class actions and PAGA-only cases. Must have experinece handling depositions, pre-trial motions, and drafting pleadings and complex motions including class certification motions and preliminary/final approval motions. Management side L&E attorneys will be considered.The firm provides a very collegial enivronment with no billable hour requirements and long hours are not necessary. Generous compensation and benefits are provided.
