Mid-Level Products Liability Litigation Associate Attorney

An Am law 200 law firm and a long standing client of Kinney Recruiting is seeking a mid-level associate with products liablity and class action experience for its LA office. The winning candidate will have 3-6 years of experience handling products liability and/or complex litigation cases and experience in conducting and managing discovery, motion practice, brief writing, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, trial preparation and trial. Experience within the automotive industry is a plus as well as an aptitude for engineering, physics, or biomechanical sciences. Must be qualified to practice law in CA.
