Mid to Senior Level Litigation Associate

The managing partner of a litigation firm with offices in New York and Long Beach, CA, has asked Kinney Recruiting to conduct a search for litigation associates with three (3) to ten (10) years of experience for the firm's Long Beach office.  The firm litigates on behalf of auto manufactures in disputes involving product liability, consumer protection laws, and lemon law. These clients are longstanding clients that continually provide more than sufficient work to keep all the attorneys busy.  These positions are open because of a need to hire more associates due to the increase in client demands.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a litigator with three (3) or more years of experience who wishes to have more experience appearing in court, taking and defending depositions, as well as have the ability to set his or her own schedule.  We welcome applicants with defense-side civil litigation experience.  To learn more, submit your resume to jobs@kinneyrecruiting.com.
