Investment Funds Staff Attorney- no funds experience necessary!

One of our best clients, a top 10 international firm, is looking for a staff attorney for their investment funds group. This will be strictly a 40 hours a week and a very stable role. This is one of the finest funds practices in the world. The focus will be core funds work - geared towards traditional funds formation; onboarding investors into funds; large funds raises, and no investment funds experience is required. In fact the client said they will transition someone from any practice background into the role, including litigation. This role can sit in either Houston or New York. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
