Franchise & Distribution Associate – no prior experience required

The Houston office of our client, a top AmLAw firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level franchise & distribution associate for their nationally recognized practice. Interested candidates do not have to have prior franchise & distribution experience, just an interest to learn and a demonstrated track record of hard work and excellence. This practice will consist of contract work, as well as pre-litigation counselling, with an administrative law component. Based on that,a young litigator who wants to take his or her practice to another level would be ideal, although a corporate background is fine as well. The client has strict guidelines: top 20 law school, top 15% of class and no prior moves.
