A Magic Circle firm with a Band 1 DCM team in Hong Kong that is hiring a mid-level DCM lawyer. - Ideally fluent in Mandarin speaking- 3th-5th year Associate - Sitting in the US team, so you need to have solid drafting experience in the debt offering matters (the work will be mainly on high yield debt, but also will cover some of the investment grade deals) - US JD graduate is preferred, but will also recruit an LLM holder with strong experience on DCM For more information, please email your resume to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
