Hong Kong IPO US Side Legal Manager

A Vault 20 US law firm strong in Hong Kong IPO transactions is actively looking to add some junior lawyers (Legal Manager level) for its US team.  The ideal candidate should be: -  A US JD/LLM graduate from a T40 US law school; -  Have the native Mandarin fluency -  Prior experience for over 6 months within Capital Markets space, ideally with the familiarity with the RegS/144A rules-  Hardworking, have a good attitude and details-oriented The role offers good training, exposures to quality deals and a track to 1st year US Associate.  Interested parties, please email your CV to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com
