A Silver Circle firm which ranked in Band 2 in Hong Kong for its Equity Capital Markets practice is looking for a 1-4 PQE Hong Kong qualified Capital Markets lawyer.  The ideal candidate should have a Hong Kong qualification, Mandarin fluency, and prior Hong Kong IPO drafting experience obtained from a reputable city firm or international law firm.  The firm is mainly on underwriter's side in Capital Markets deals.  The hiring partner is known in the practice for his very top legal skills.  The works are mainly on Hong Kong IPO transactions, but you would also cover listing compliance and M&A transactions from time to time. Please contact us immediately at asia@kinneyrecruiting.com or call us on +852.3973.3845 for more details.
