Mid to Senior Corporate M&A Associate

Kinney Recruiting has been asked by a longstanding client, a top-tier US law firm, to conduct a search for a corporate associate for the firm's Hong Kong office.  We are interested in speaking with corporate M&A associates who are experienced in representing companies and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general corporate matters.  The ideal candidate should have five (5) to eight (8) years of experience practicing at a top-tier US or UK law firm in Hong Kong and/or Asia-Pacific region, New York, or London.  Top of the market compensation is on offer.  There is no foreign language requirement for this role.For confidential consideration, please submit your resume to asia@kinneyrecruiting.com.
